To save the need of carrying an extra demi-permanent line. Transforms 80+ shades into demi-permanent with flawless results from roots to tips.

Usage:
- Mixing ratio 1:1
- Refresh faded lenghts while ensuring blending the roots
- For roots & regrowth, mix PCC shade with the CREAM DEVELOPER. Use PCC High Coverage for greater amounts of white hair.
- For coloured mid-lengh and end, using a suitable PCC shade mixed with the new COLOR TRANSFORMER in a mixing ratio of 1:1 for a demi-permanent result.
